Experience as a small business owner
The experience as a small business owner has been a very enlightening one. I learnt a lot about myself and a lot about marketing , customer service and the entrepreneurial aspect of it all. This is my first small business ever and so far it has been a great experience with a lot of learning curves but all in all amazing.
How the business started
I wanted to start a side hustle that was outside of my work field as I am a Child and Youth Care Practitioner by profession. I always enjoyed getting my lashes done and have been a hands-on learner and both those things go hand in hand for this business
Where do you hope to be in the next year?
I hope to be doing this as a full time career and learning more and more about the beauty industry and services that I can offer. I want to eventually open my own salon and offer membership opportunities within it for my clients as they have been my number one source of motivation. I also want to add an educational aspect to this experience and offer my own courses as I gain more expertise and help other individuals start their own businesses.
